Spring is here in Town Quay Park
With the coming of spring, the spring flowers have started to come up, making the park colourful. Including some bluebells.
The Woodland glade, with its young trees donated by local businesses and residents, is starting to show green leaves and in some cases, spring blossoms.
The existing trees are now in full leaf, and bushes are luxuriant.
A defined pathway is being laid through the young trees, to form the woodland walk when the trees have grown a bit more. And volunteers have been out planting bulbs around the area.
If you would like to join the band of volunteer gardeners who are now working on making the park even more beautiful, on Tuesdays and Sundays (weather permitting!) use our Contact page to get in touch.
